[Shirley Joan Beagle @beagsjoan16]

@CityPowerJhb Dear JD, many people have phoned to escalate but still no qualified technician has been allocated to attend to Joel Road transformer where power tripped. Surely after 3 days there is a qualified technician who is allowed to test amd turn power back on. Prob only take 5 minutes.

[Shirley Joan Beagle @beagsjoan16]

Dear City Power, your technicians came, took a photo of the buiding & drove away! The caretaker was standing outside, saw them take a photo & was ready to assist with 2 security guards. Ref: CP3538795. No power since 6 am yesterday. Awaiting response please.
