Any T2/High T3 teams looking for a coach/assistant coach?
* Created good structures and team environments in a short amount of time.
* Have coached IGL's
* Confident given the right environment, time and trust.
* Each team-player I've coached can vouch.
* And more.
STELLAR, is the last project I fully coached for, and I am very confident that the strats, protocols and more were way ahead of the curve (Even with lack of activity).
I also have a lot of experience as an IGL and many can vouch for me on that.
@RealSharpbeak is my other account.
Dm me here if so!
(I can also sub/play)

@VALORANT Ascent coming back in to the pool is definitely nice, Would like to see a few changed though to freshen it up. Otherwise with the new agents and more It seems like it gonna be pretty fun. Bind leaving kinda sucks for teamplay though...
Teams should be considering harbour a lot more on FRACTURE and here’s why:
Harbour is one of the few characters that can make forcing plant/defuse a lot easier on fracture. This means much more busted plants or else the enemy team has to give a lot more to force you off.
His wall is very useful for taking sites also. The wall is very high so people can’t fight you from rafters or dish while you’re entering A site. It is also just very punishing to try and fight through without good util.
Harbour is one of the best agent pairs for neon with his ult. His ult covers a large distant and is arguably one of the better aggressive ults in the game. Neon is also the fastest agent to decisively take advantage of its capabilities. This means there is incredible overall fight/retake potential.
On that topic, There are incredible team-comps and pairs for harbour and especially on this map. For maps such as fracture he fits very well with a more aggressive team comp, being a great enabler for certain agents.
His util could also be a good 'get out of jail' card. For example, if your teamates are stuck on site against an agent like tejo who can force them out of their corners easily, you could leave a smoke on site for your teamates and just shield it when they get missiled so your teamates can get off site. This may not be the best 'counter' but could definitely come in clutch.
There are many really good retake walls also. For example you can cut off arcade and tower peeks fully while fighting on to the site. Even if you want to full flood A site fast without getting fought from sands, you can just cut it off fully.
He's also just a good ranked pick for this map.
There are more reasons why Harbour could be a cool pick on this map but we can leave it at that.
If you're looking to try something new, or want to try a hyper aggressive team comp with Harbour for this map this could be the pick.
So if you like the idea of Harbour on this map and want a guidebook for a team environment, let me know!
