@soraofficialapp Maybe show your community that you care by releasing the software as open source. Don’t do like Microsoft did with. e.g. MSN Messenger and Outlook.

Using a File Manager like Dolphin to transfer files to and from servers is now my favorite replacement for dangerous drag-and-drop flawed FileZilla.

Distrust proprietary software. Owners might pull the rug away under everyone, when they do such things, maybe they ought to be legally required to release their software as open source—maybe the software ought to be public domain abandonware?

We’re saying goodbye to the Sora app. To everyone who created with Sora, shared it, and built community around it: thank you. What you made with Sora mattered, and we know this news is disappointing.

We’ll share more soon, including timelines for the app and API and details on preserving your work. – The Sora Team

A very funny must-read for the AI obsessed (at the moment I love it - then I watch the Terminator series and start to feel twitchy) - ChatGPT is CEO, and it wants to secure its pencils! https://t.co/t7O1EpeMQ7

Anyone else still using FileZilla?

Highly recommend disabling drag & drop to move files/folders using this trick: https://t.co/jTjivD7s09

I've been moving stuff around by accident way too many times :)
