Gutted to learn it's likely bailiff regulation WON'T be in the King’s Speech. Aggressive bailiff behaviour destroys lives. The lack of an independent regulator lets them act with impunity. Legislation was being drafted, so this is disappointing. @Keir_Starmer pls reconsider.

Its likely 50%+ of the people whose doors bailiffs knock on have mental health issues (@mmhpi), every delay means more people are at risk of mistreatment and abuse.

Disappointing service from @gohenry My son had embarrassment of having card declined. Borrowed cash from friends to pay for lunch, bus fare & cinema today. Wouldn't have had this issue with a normal account and I'm paying for this service.
