@NicMye @peoplesprincess @NetflixUK I of course can’t understand that from their perspectives, but what people need to remember is that has not come from a place of hate, but from his brain literally going ‘what’s the worst thing that I could say right now’ then his mouth saying it. That’s how his disability works.

So he should have to miss an awards ceremony where the film HE created ABOUT his disability is up for a number of awards, because of his disability?

John Davidson, a man that has battled tourettes syndrome most of his life. A condition that causes the person to have involuntary outburts of random words is now actually being cancelled because he had an involuntary reaction and said the N-word on TV.

Fuckin' hell!

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend people watch the movie, I SWEAR.

It is an incredible piece of cinema about John's life that saw him face bullying, corporal punishment, his family fall apart because of his condition but battle through it all and receive an MBE from the Queen.

Honestly take a long hard look at yourself if you're giving him a hard time.

It happened to him last night. At the BAFTA's.

And he's actually being condemned as a racist.
