If this decision is allowed to stand,the trickle down effect that this is going to have on young people of color, their communities, AND all of the industries that higher education feed into, will be devastating.

The Supreme Court has decided that it's unconstitutional to actively pursue diversity in colleges & universities, but still ok for military colleges because of their "special circumstances"

I'm upset by the Obvious logical fallacy being used to justify this decision.
The idea that it's important to have "diverse leadership" in the military because it reflects the military population, but not in higher education is Absolutely a form of segregation.
