THIS GUY TURNED HIMSELF INTO AN AI GIRL IN ONE SECOND. THE WORKFLOW BEHIND IT CAN RUN A $5,000/MONTH FANVUE PAGE IN 40 MINUTES A DAY

00:01 he raises his arms and instantly turns into an AI girl sitting in the same chair, ready to stream without ever showing his real face

Claude creates the name, personality, captions and replies. one prompt can generate a full week of content while keeping the same character across TikTok and Fanvue

ComfyUI with Flux builds the face and photo library. Kling 3.0 animates the images, then CapCut turns them into 30 to 50 short videos in one afternoon

three daily streams and one clip reaching 400,000 views can send 70 buyers into a $15 Fanvue subscription. paid messages and tips are what push the page past $5,000

he stays behind the camera, Claude runs the brain and the AI girl becomes a business that works every day

WHOEVER LEAKED THIS JEV DECISION MODULE SHOULD BE RUNNING YOUR GTM

I thought spinning up an AI sales op meant a Zapier chain, 300 cold emails a day, and a block list by week two.

Apparently not.

This module's setup is much more interesting:

→ BRIEF locks the goal to $2,000/mo across 14 days with opus-5.5 on delegate mode, no scope creep, no "while you're at it"
→ SOURCES scopes the whole run to one city and one niche (Austin, dental), 248 records max, no vertical mixing on retry
→ KB.INDEX loads prices, policies and 48 FAQs into a 1,536-dim vector DB at $25/mo, 0.94 recall, before a single outreach fires
→ QUALIFY filters 272 chats down to 54 leads at a 1-in-5 rate, writes a typed lead.json (name, need, budget), no "maybe interested"
→ HUMAN GATE compares p(close) against 0.85, drafts the send above, asks you below, but every send still waits for your yes, flags 7 drafts that tried to go out without a sourced price

so you get:

Briefs locked. Sources scoped. Leads typed. Sends gated.

the interesting part isn't automating sales harder.
it's giving every send a gate the agent can't fire past without you.

Instead of a cold-email chain burning your domain by Tuesday, you run 14 days on $0 infra, $25/mo vector DB, 1 of 4 clients closed at $500/mo modeled, and the gate stops every send that isn't sourced.

Lock the brief. Scope the source. Gate the send.

claude max quietly replaced grok bot, dots AND muse for running my entire business...

one $200 subscription, a crew of agents, and i only show up to press YES

here's everything it runs and what it costs:

the core, $265/mo

money → stripe, every payment and refund tracked
site → vercel + github, deploys while i sleep
inbox → gmail agent, drafts every reply, never sends
crm → notion pipeline built and updated by claude
content → x drafts in my voice, i hit post
video → opus 5.5 + cursor cloud agents
numbers → google sheets, rebuilt every morning
oversight → a chief of staff report at 8am + one agent that audits all the others

plug in when you need it

support → intercom + a support inbox agent
email → klaviyo flows written by opus
leads → hunter + scout agents
code → builder + reviewer agents
design → opus 5.5 + figma
scheduling → a content calendar it plans itself

claude max $200 · cursor $30 · vercel $20 · x premium $15 · rest free

dots wants $200 for one agent. grok bot wants $100. this whole crew runs on one claude plan and an audit bot that trusts nobody
