@UberEats @McDonaldsUK ordered a delivery. Matched to a driver then 30 minutes later it got swapped. When it was delivered it was cold, I can only assume the food was cooked when the first driver matched. Called the helpline and they just said it’s tough, enjoy your cold food!

@UberUKsupport So! Even though I was charged an additional minimum charge ( I was paying £13 anyways ) then I was charged £20 in total! And tried to cancel within 10 seconds! And now it’s my fault customer support says! We are held to ransom of our laziness!
