@NotionHQ I think the integration needs a bit of work. Last night, every request to Grok (either one) got errors. Today I asked Grok Build 0.1 to make a Hello World JavaScript, and it ran for almost 5 minutes in a loop. I asked Claude, and it gave me a working script in about 10 seconds.
@laurasideral@andrewaashen We would love the login process fixed for Enterprise or most of my users will never see this. Almost nobody uses the mobile app in my company.
@firstround@NotionHQ OK, I really love Notion, but the open-concept company dynamic feels like a sweatshop. My ADHD hurts just looking at the tables of mashed-together people in a warehouse space with nothing to dampen all the noise. It is like heavy metal, not jazz.
@willkillshield@kbalian90@grok I asked Gemini, and the answer was that it is more nuanced. "Wartime gathering limits of 50 people make public attendance impossible." "With narrow exits and poor access to shelters, the threat of missiles pushed this requirement". Is it overreach? maybe! Immediate anger, No.
@NotionHQ Can you all work on making Mobile apps exempt from session timeouts as an option? This is standard functionality for all other enterprise applications. Our users never use the Android or IOS apps because of this. That is a shame. :(
@rohankumarpro@NotionHQ I think I will still have a page for cleanliness reasons, but I do not need it to do anything special. I would love to make an agent or automation that moves the files for me, but that is not there yet.
@MFreihaendig I like it. I think we would still want to make an Archive page in the Wiki or DB that we move the file to for the people who like to browse content, and for general cleanliness. It will be nice when an automation or agent can automate the move once the page is set as Archived.
@samuelriggio@edwardshturman@NotionHQ For us, as an Enterprise customer, it is not that the app is bad; we do not even get that far, since logging in is so horrendous. Most applications have separate timeouts for mobile vs web. Basically, our people have to log in repeatedly on mobile, with SSO.
@NotionHQ It would be nice at some point to be able to PIN a teamspace or a page at the top of our sidebar, dictated by our Corp. We use Notion as a bit of an Intranet with a Corp Teamspace and then departmental teamspaces that are ONLY for the departments. We want the Corp one at the top.
@zachtratar The more skilled the engineer is at understanding the big picture and orchestrating multiple strings of work, the more successful they will be in this new world. I like to think of development as an AI coordination & team development role.
@zachtratar@NotionHQ Our biggest issue is that we have to use the app to record system audio when on a Video Conference paired with the app login oddities make it hard for anyone in our office to use it. I run software for a 250+ person company. A meeting bot would help, maybe.
@randyjhunt@NotionHQ This is great! It would be nice to have the cover included in the design as well. Also be able to link directly to the presentation version, use it for db gallery view, and optional link previews.
@gayinKcK@CBSNews Inflation is the general increase in prices, say, 5% to 2% year-over-year. This is positive because it signals stabilizing costs, but it still means the average basket of goods and services costs 2% more than last year. True price deflation is rare and typically a bad sign.
@svembu AI will definitely change coding. Architecture and orchestration will most likely be where humans get involved. So there will probably be less coders but the ones that remain will need to understand it all. Development cycles will probably get faster and more expansive.
