@diwhycoder@PipingJam@geerlingguy the entire internet is based on network devices that have silicon that's designed specifically to do fast lookups on IPv4 and IPv6 packets. a new protocol means new silicon. backwards compatibility is not possible.
@mcmansionhell you can use multi-outlet extension cords as long as they're rated for 15A. use the shortest cord feasible, and buy UL-listed. also figure out which receptacles are on which branch circuits and do the math re: continuous load (12A max continuous per 15A branch)
