@Delta I booked a #deltaone flight to Iceland in March, leaving yesterday I arrive at the airport checked in and was told I was dropped to main cabin which I cannot fly due to medical reasons. No one apologized or expressed empathy, I was told to file a complaint!

@Delta I was bumped off my delta one flight today because of an “equipment change “ as a result I lost a day of travel everyone I spoke with was unhelpful acting like it was someone else’s problem with no clear path to resolve it
