I launched my SaaS… and it flopped.

No traction.
No users.
Just silence.
Today I have 15 users.
Here’s what changed 👇

Launches are overrated
Distribution matters more than code
Talk to users early (not after failing like I did)

But if you’ve ever had 0 users…

You know how big this feels.

Then slowly…

3 users
7 users
15 users
No spike. Just steady validation.

What I improved:

Better accuracy
Simpler upload → output flow
Clearer messaging

Less “features”
More “time saved”

The real problem wasn’t “PDF to Excel”

It was:
👉 wasting hours copying transactions manually
So I rebuilt around that.

My mistake was thinking:

“Good product = users will come”

Reality:
No one cares unless you solve a very clear pain

I stopped building and started listening.

Read Reddit threads
Looked at real complaints
Watched how people handle bank statements manually

That changed everything.
