@AmazonHelp Well how about you contact @UPS to get my package here that I was told would personally be seen to, at my front door. Wonderful thing to be dealing with while getting ready for a celebration of life.

@AmazonHelp Well thank Teri, but they marked as delivered in @amazon on the 30th of September. One of their managers @UPS said he would see to it personally it was delivered today by 1pm est. Guess whats not here and apparently no one @UPS can do anything but escalate.

@UPS And yet again for the second time today @UPS management hangs up on me... and while this would normally be due to being vulgar or just an asshole... I was transfered the first time and hung up on. This time I was waiting on a manager to figure out where my package is on hold.

Guess I'm gonna have to be one of those people. @UPS your delivery people and customer service to include management that I spoke with are a joke. Anytime I have anything delivered by you all, my package is either lost, or never arrives until a week later.

@UPS Yup... imagine that... no one can get into touch with the local @UPS facility near me to see why my package didn't make it on the truck after being told it would personally be seen to it was delivered today.
