@spikedtea4u I’m not bragging here. 71 years old, severe spinal stenosis, 5’7, 135 lbs. I started walking 4 months ago about a mile a day and I cannot believe how much better I’m feeling. Matter of fact, I’m checking into a dude ranch next week to play cowgirl for a week! Can’t wait!
