@chifanpatt2 The entire roster is full of under achieving role players. I expect Cabrera to raise his game when or if the rest of the team does. They’re all trying way too hard right now.

But they were never a true contender IMO. Too much swing and miss in line up and a meh rotation.

I think Brandon Johnson wants the Bears in Chicago a lot more than JB Pritzker wants them in Arlington Heights.

Until there's a shovel in the ground an actual money committed to the Indiana site, I think everything is still on the table.

It does seem, however, that this whole idea of the Bears owning their own stadium so they can get all the revenue streams and increase their free cash seems to be slowly dying.

New deal, wherever it is, will be a better financial deal for the Bears, but it will still be far short of what their goal was when this whole thing began.
