Getting home with uber/ car from Miracle Mile to NELA - 35 minutes. Getting home on @metrolosangeles - 1 hour 45 minutes. Transfers and headways at the 7-8 o’clock hours are atrocious. Always have been. How much longer til you open that darn subway in Wilshire?? 😩😭😔

@metrolosangeles @metrolosangeles guys honestly… you park too many metro trucks regularly in the red at Vermont x Beverly that the bus’s tail was hanging in the perpendicular lane of traffic. It’s a busy intersection - right off the freeway. Do better cmon now 🤦🏻‍♂️

@metrolosangeles your trucks regularly take up the entire boarding space at Beverly x Vermont. No visible construction or maintenance. It’s not only hard for the bus driver to see people waiting but it also holds up traffic at a busy intersection.

Have you guys considered running double cabin buses on the 14? Many, many mornings they’re running close behind one another with a large headway in between. They’re poorly spaced out. Wish this was addressed in the last time changes you made. @metrolaalerts @metrolosangeles

@metrolosangeles @SupJaniceHahn Agree with @SupJaniceHahn. @metrolaalerts @metrolosangeles needs better communication through an app riders can rely on for updates. The ambassador system is under utilized. They can help contribute in real time information re: delays, detours, and system changes.
