@JR_HIRSHey I went on this same journey as you talk about. On a whim i tried the milled version of the Ally Blue and it just all clicked. I did move to the new Tec and have seen even further improvements. I don’t know how Ping happened upon this sorcery but I’m glad they found it
@GBraggsJr23 Bolingbrook CC and Mistwood in the west burbs are really nice. Thankfully in the northern part of the state you can pretty much throw a dart and land somewhere
This throw is awesome, but true success for Caleb (and, by extension, the Bears) this year will come in consistently doing the little things that don't show up in highlight reels well so that late-game heroics on wow plays like this aren't consistently needed to win games.
@GBraggsJr23 They’ve acted like little brothers for ages. Always should have aimed higher. But I guess Titletown just means wins over Bears these days.
Membou was a guy I was wrong on. Just didn't see it. He definitely proved me wrong.
Carter was a guy I was higher on and maybe he turns it on in year 2. But in general the pass rush guys all stunk it up or tried to murder someone
It's always fun to review the last draft and re look at the top 10 picks and their impact.
1. Ward - solid-ish rookie season with not a ton of help everywhere. Unsure
2. Hunter - yikes. Probably should stick at corner
3. Carter - Got hot late against bad OL - unsure
13. Grant - started really slow, got mildly better as season progressed
14. Warren - really solid. Flashed a lot early, but didn't top 50 yards after week 10
Just interesting to go look back. To me, Graham, Membou, McMillan, Banks, Loveland, Booker and Warren were the best
