I really think I should look into getting a gym membership, especially with winter coming up, there’s no way I’ll be able to get my steps in when it’s cold and icy outside..

[Ella @bearysillygrl]

@ninismoonlight you’re telling me 🫩

[Ella @bearysillygrl]

[Ella @bearysillygrl]

@livvberry7 me when I eat my weight in watermelon 😓

[Ella @bearysillygrl]

okay so I crunched some numbers to get my averages, total intake so far is ~ 7,530, average intake this month is 837 cals a day. total intake minus total cals burned is 3,347. which brings my total net intake to 372 cals a day, though idk how I feel abt subtracting cals I burn..

stats are up :( I’ve been eating so much lately, I feel like if I lived alone this wouldn’t happen so much. I wish I could isolate myself from my family, or at the least not have my family pressure me to eat. my monthly cal tracker is depressing me, way too many 1k + days :(

𑣿 steps: 11.6k
𑣿 hrs of fast: 21hrs

• notes: maintained 190s weight, very disappointed in myself today. my grandparents came over for dinner and a movie. so I had dinner, pie for dessert, and popcorn (buttered) I’m so fat
