SF, this needs to stop! Every light cycle on the Embarcadero, cars that can’t possibly make it thru the intersection on green cuz the next block is jammed enter anyway. They get stuck, so when the cross traffic has the green, we can’t go. Can ⁦@SFPD⁩ enforce?
