I pretty much lived on these for the past month @LeedsMuseums Industrial Museum for the @BeatBackLeeds project. So long and thanks for all the biscuits. Lx
@MaraidDesign@LeedsMuseums@LeeGoater Cracking photos by @pbyrnephotos on @MaraidDesign's blog of last Saturday night. The Museum's open Saturday 10-5pm. DIY your own industrial night-in with craft beer and local gin from @Raynville_Leeds and a soundtrack sampled from our digital archive https://t.co/7gFLM5numd
We think Armley Mills @LeedsMuseums is having a bit of a moment right now. This weeks fab offering is the @Pyramid_of_Arts sculpture celebration on Saturday. https://t.co/wPxeaoj7Wm
Thanks for all the comments and photos from Saturday night. We're really happy that lots of people experienced Leeds Industrial Museum for the first time. We hope you can go back and encourage other people to visit. It's a great place to get to know better...
Here's a video of @objectblue_ setting up the mic to live sample the steam engine during her @BeatBackLeeds set at Leeds Industrial Museum.
I'm so glad Vernon (our PA guy) and Andrew at the museum managed to make this happen!

Last night at #Leedsindustrialmuseum for @beatbackleeds was brilliant! Great crowd, industry, art, beer and fantastic music.
Thanks to @pbyrnephotos for the photos.
@Wandapops @L Great photo. Really glad you enjoyed it as much as we did. Got to love Leeds Industrial Museum staff for being so open to an event like this.
Did you know.....the phrase 'let your hair down' comes from places like Armley Mills? The women operating the mechanical looms tied their hair up with wool to avoid being caught up in and scalped by the machines. They let their hair down at the end of the shift. #leedslife#wool
Today's the last day of the Beat Back exhibition by artists @AimeeGrunders @roxybottom@_willsimpson@LeeGoater 10-5pm. Grab a flier at frontdesk for BOGOF entry to the Museum. Made here in Armley, inspired by local industry, electronic music, looms & life. Good fun for kids! too
