Chair exercises for people with diabetes for office/home environment.
Place your chair behind you. Keeping your chest up with your arms crossed, sit down and stand up your knees behind your toes. Hold for three to five seconds before you sit down. Stand up and repeat 10 times.

In a study, people who had prediabetes & lost 5% to 7% of their body weight (just 10-14 pounds in someone who weights 200 pounds) cut their chances of getting diabetes by 58%
Elevated blood insulin levels are common in polycystic ovary syndrome patients. In excess, this hormone can cause overstimulation of ovaries & induce them to produce greater amounts of androgen (or male hormones) preventing ovulation.
