@gainzy222 Which one is the one you could likely do much later in life? I see many old jiu jitsu players not so much wrestlers. The discussion on self defense effectiveness is pretty dumb imo as statistically All American d1 wrestlers as well as world champions in jiu jitsu lose to Glock.
