29/08: walkers prawn cocktail crisps (165 cals); Subway jacket potato cheese and beans (522 cals). I also got drunk with my friends but alcohol cals dont count to me. TOTAL: 687 cals
27/08: pesto chicken flatbread with sundried tomatoes (376 cals); 2 boiled eggs (127 cals - but i only ate the whites so who knows); shrimp and potato salad (approx 662 cals??). TOTAL: 1165 cals
26/08: spicy salmon onigiri (i logged as 320cals, google says it may be less); ramen noodles and chicken broth (approx. 280 cals); leftover bulgur wheat with yoghurt, cucumber and tomato (approx. 345 cals). TOTAL: approx. 945cals - i think this might be an over estimate x
