From my understanding the Supreme Court is actually to rule on laws that are made by Congress and local municipality not to interpret the constitution. All they are supposed to do is say is if it is in the Constitution and any changes should be sent to Congress.

This evidenced by them saying ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL.Which means rich or poor buisness owner or worker or even a politician can get prosecuted and disqualified for running for office. If we are not going to abide by our constitution. Maybe we should just get rid of it.

We have no leg to stand on in this world. Our constitution is worded so that anyone can be prosecuted and disqualified from running for office. There is no special language in our constitution for a president.
