@SimonCalder Hi, did you know that @hotelsdotcomuk are charging people but not making the bookings? Just wondered if you were aware as to if this is a problem just with this company but I would not recommend them as I am still waiting for a refund after their error.

@trivago really disappointed that you use affiliate sites that can’t be trusted like @hotelscomhelp took over £250 for a booking that they didn’t make and now are dragging their heels is issuing a refund even though the error is all theirs. Terrible. Will never use again

@hotelscomhelp I’ve done all that and you still just blamed it on my bank. There was on itinerary no. as your system was at fault and imdid not make the booking yet the money was still taken. And now it’s all my banks fault according to you lot. Terrible way to ‘run’ a business

Don’t use @hotelscomhelp took my money and made no booking. Now being super slow in refunding even though it was a fault with their systems. Can’t be trusted. Would very much NOT recommend
