@AlecSorrel @LouStagner That’s the actual rule. The event ends after round 4. Until that happens, time between rounds are just intermissions. Penalties can’t be applied after round 4, but can anytime before it ends. Not hard to understand.

@GarethWheeler If that list, in perfect health, only Davies, Bombito (and maybe Ahmed and Jones) would be expected to play 90 minutes in a World Cup game. Shaff and Promise were likely subs no matter what, so I think it makes sense to take some risk here since rosters are 26.
