@marksandspencer I don't think any of these options are acceptable - I have paid £600 for a faulty table and don't expect to have to waste any more of my own time with no compensation??? We've just bought a home and have had excellent customer service from other retailers

@marksandspencer No. I called the first time and agreed to be sent a replacement screw fitting - they sent the wrong thing and i had to call again. They have now said I can have a £40 refund and void my warranty, or order, wait in for and construct another whole table.
