I was in UHL ward 1D this evening visiting my 82 yr old father - he was freezing cold. When I checked there was no heating working. NO HEATING IN A HOSPITAL. They promised a heavy blanket but 3 hours later nothing !! @DonnellyStephen @HSELive @ClareFM @kodonnellLK
