It doesn't come super often, but just like last month.

We noticed Hyros out of nowhere started to not send all data back like, email, first name, last name, only ID's.

Which hurted our EMQ, then I proceeded to ask them okay what's wrong we didn't changed anything.

He comes and says, okay I'll proceed this to our tech team, I waited 18 hours for response, and I get response: "so what page are you sending traffic to?" i replied, then again waited for them again 12hours atleast to get another response.

And every message became like that, which was super simple fix from their side. And it took about 3-4 days to fix it. Which costing us a lot of fucking money.

I no longer using them and switched fully to https://t.co/4f6Q94wSxR and they are doing incredible stuff, support is super fast. Owners jumping on a call to fix things ASAP.

Hate to see how Hyros fallen off. It was good 4 years using them.
