@AskLyft I hope you understand I will be filing with the @bbb_us in regard to the incident. To sum it, @lyft gives a credit to themselves so that they continue to generate revenue through Express Drive Rental program. They charge an ungodly amount of money, then also include tax
It seems it's at their convenience. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation and will be reaching out to the @bbb_us on these business practices and @Lyft ability to provide reasonable response or support.
