When disaster strikes, we answer the call. USA-01 is enroute to #Venezuela following the devastating earthquakes, w/ 79 personnel, six K9s, and 70k lbs of equipment. We are honored to represent the US, bringing our expertise, compassion, & unwavering dedication to those affected.
#Venezuela | Following the international call for assistance issued by the Venezuelan authorities, the #Swiss Rescue Chain has departed from Zurich for Caracas.
The mission mobilizes 80 specialists, 8 search dogs, and 18 tons of equipment. Upon arrival, the teams will coordinate with local authorities to search for, clear, and rescue #earthquake victims buried under the rubble.

It is with great sadness that I learned about the aftermath of the earthquakes in Venezuela and the loss of life they have caused. Our condolences go out to all affected families. I wish a speedy recovery to everyone injured and strength to all those searching through the rubble and working to save lives.
Ukraine hopes that the world will find ways to help the Venezuelan people in this tragic situation, and we stand ready to assist – our first responders could join the search-and-rescue operations. We are now in communication with the Venezuelan side and the Europeans, awaiting the response to our proposal.
