Allegedly @delta will put my carryon bag on a flight tomorrow morning. That's what they said today.

@delta still has my carry on bag in another city for no reason. All agents are being rude to me and telling me lies.

8:45 @delta tells me my bag is still in Miami. It was never out on a flight and I have yet to been told why.

By 12:30 @delta told me they sent a message to have it delivered today then an an agent yelled at me &I hung up on me for asking why

@delta told me my bag would be on the first flight this AM. By noon is it was still in Miami.

@Delta I was given a reference number to track my bag that doesn't work. I'm told to stay on hold for 50 to 90 minutes to speak to someone.

@Delta agents never told us why we were delayed 3 hours but JFK was on time. No one seemed to care that my carry on bag that was TAKEN

@Delta the number of empty overhead bins on our flight was unacceptale and customer service is AWFUL.

@Delta it's now 2:15am and I'm going home with no luggage and have to hope it gets back by tomorrow. Worst airline.
