@TUIUK It has been 8.5 weeks since my flight home was cancelled!!! I have made at least 7 attempts following a link given. I had the promised vouchers a few weeks ago BUT I have NOT had the compensation amounting to £1040.

@TUIUK PLEASE contact me , I have now been waiting 18 days for my compensation that TUI themselves informed me of. I have made 5 different attempts to rectify the problem, last time was Thursday at 18.10pm, I was told I would hear from TUI in 48 hrs. Yet again it did NOT happen .

@TUIUK appalling customer service! completely understand flights have been cancelled etc BUT a dedicated Tui customer, I am far from satisfied with the service I'm NOT getting atm!! Due to fly back to UK on 31st May 22. 5 attempts to get promised compensation , false promises!

Great day for young Griff today, passed his Pets as Therapy assessment then went to meet Mrs Jenkins and Miss Sargent at @pencoedprimary . Looking forward to starting his adventures as a read to dog therapy dog.
