The only thing I have to say in regards to #BlackWomensEqualPayDay is that the disparity is especially known as a full-time freelance writer when talking about rates. A lot of white women make a lot more than I do per piece & it’s surely not based on experience nor talent.

My face was so tight after that damn facial yesterday. It was like I had Botox but I didn’t. It’s loose today but I feel like dark spots are more noticeable... it’s supposed to flake off or something... well I hope so because I feel like I look a MESS right now.

So I’m about to be 30 🙄 got a facial and ended up getting a Glycolic peel because apparently my skin was in shambles (who knew?). Why does my face smell like permed hair?! I assure you I washed it this morning, moisturized AND used sunscreen. Still smells!
