@awfulannouncing I would pay extra to watch a game this way. I always watch the FBS games on the alternate broadcasts if they have one without the talking heads.
@DanClarkSports Throw it away, or remove the burden of strike/ball calls from the home plate ump. If it truly works, then rely 100% on it. If it doesn't, it's not as reliable as a human, so get rid of it.
I was about to make an "AI is coming for our jobs" smartass comment, but then I remembered the last 10 or so interactions with human customer service reps, and frankly, this is pretty accurate.
That's it! I'm done! At one point I got so deep into playing Wordle that I decided to get to 1000 and shut it down. Well, today's the day! It's been real. It's been fun. But on to something else.
Well, at least ONE tech leader has a good sense about what's happening with AI code. Way to go Linus!
FYI, my linux kernal updated four of five times in the last two weeks. Sometimes you can go nearly a month without an update.

I love buying new technology, when it's by choice. Today, my printer has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet it's maker. Joined the choir invisible. (if you're getting this, you and I can be friends). Suggestions on printer/scanner that plays well with Fedora Linux?
The @NHLFlyers need to find the best power play coach and pay whatever it costs. Carolina can play on the edge because there's no fear of the PP. Teams will mirror that next year against Philly unless it gets fixed.
THIS is how you coach and lead a team, even in a loss. They played a good game, the other team made the play at the end. Leadership really stands out when it's so uncommon today.
