A 31-year-old Syrian migrant has been arrested on suspicion of killing a 25-year-old woman in Zwickau, Germany, after emergency responders found her critically injured inside an apartment in the Neuplanitz district. The woman was rushed to hospital but died from her injuries shortly afterward. Police said their initial investigation determined that her death was a homicide and arrested the suspect near the scene the same day. Police said the suspect and victim knew each other but have not disclosed the nature of their relationship. Both were Syrian citizens.
