@AvantiWestCoast why should I pay £80+ for a train, to get on the train to be told there no seat reservation even though I was given a seat reservation. To now having to stand 2+ hours for a train. Sort it out, will be driving in future.
@Iberia_en absolutely awful service. The fact you have printed my details wrong on my ticket and telling me the only way to sort it out is for me to purchase another ticket is disgusting.Leaving Someone £200 out of pocket because of their own errors. Not impressed at all!
