@BCross052422 Cross's crusade is one symptom of the deep anger among Uvalde victims' relatives, as information continues to drip out about law enforcement failures the day of the shooting.

@kristenhowerton Blundstone all day. I wear them hiking on trails and did serious city walking in NYC with no issues. Try them in person bc sizing is very different than US.
Thing is, we have to really be careful about who we hate. Because 10 times out of 10, it’s going to be somebody Jesus loves. And he has a way of taking it personally.
“I didn’t mean to tell you,” Mrs Whatsit faltered. “I didn’t mean ever to let you know. But, oh, my dears, I did so love being a star!”

A Wrinkle in Time
You wanted thoughts and prayers?
God,
We repent for loving our guns more than our children. We reject the idolatry of weapons and choose to follow the Prince of Peace. We ask your forgiveness for our inaction and our complacency.

Amen
Schools scared to death.

Stooped low from bullets;

A woman. Single mother. African slave.
She says “I have seen the one who sees me.”
God calls her by name. Abram and Sarai do not.

For those saying “Ukraine has nothing to do with us”:
“We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly.” #MLK
We are tied to Ethiopia.
We are tied to Ukraine.
We are tied to Yemen.
I strongly disagree with this decision. At the end of the day, there was a positive test and there is no question in my mind that she should not be allowed to compete. Regardless of age or timing of the test/results. I believe this will leave a permanent scar on our sport.
