[Brompton Bicycle @BromptonBicycle]

Did you hear the story of Seb Mackenzie-Wilson and Ed Mills who took on the challenge of cycling to Everest Base Camp on two trusty Brompton Folding Bikes? Well, the duo have donated their bikes to raise money for @gwtorg & they could be yours😉https://t.co/Y1XQk00tzR

The most inspirational person I’ve ever had the honour of knowing. Thank you for reminding me every day that there’s always a way @Hari_BudhaMagar! 💚

[Good Morning Britain @GMB]

'I realised nothing's impossible. There's a different way of doing things.'

Hari Budha Magar is training to become the first double above-the-knee amputee to climb Mount Everest. Hari lost both his legs while serving in the British Army in Afghanistan.

I am SO fed up of driving on the motorway when such a huge proportion of the population don’t know how to drive on one properly!! @NationalHways when are you going to start national press adverts to teach people not to sit in the middle lanes if they’re NOT OVERTAKING ANYONE!!

This school in Jhapa has new classrooms and a new library thanks to Gurkha Welfare Trust @gwtorg and 🇬🇧 NGO Cairn. I was given a fantastic welcome by students, teachers and community leaders when I inaugurated it today. @UKinNepal believes in 12 years of quality education for all

[UK in Nepal 🇬🇧🇳🇵 @UKinNepal]

Today is Menstrual Hygiene Day. We distributed over 3,800 reusable, sanitary pads in schools through our partnership with @gwtorg. The project is supporting schools to upgrade/construct child, gender & disability-friendly WASH facilities in schools. #periodeducationforall

One of the best parts of my role is visiting our Welfare Centres which look after Gurkha veterans. Really enjoyed opening the new building in Darjeeling. Great job by the team there looking after veterans through covid. @gwtorg @Gurkha_Brigade

@EverestLeahs Moong Dal is the best 😍

[GWR @GWRHelp]

We’re so proud to have named Intercity Express Train 800022 after Gurka Soldier Tulbahadur Pun. It was an honour to be joined by members of his family, @gwtorg and Joanna Lumley to watch this very special train go into service. #VE75 #AyoGorkhali

@Tesco Hi @Tesco, I have emailed many times and have not heard anything form them in nearly a month, despite my follow up emails. I also emailed the CEO and store manager two weeks ago and have heard nothing. This is terrible customer service.

[Becca Foggitt @BeccaFoggitt]

@Tesco I didn’t want to have to take to social media, but it’s now been a month and a half since the dangerous driving of one of your Tesco Delivery Vans resulted in damage to my car. I am being ignored by all parties and it’s being swept under the carpet. This is unacceptable.

We have launched a small number of GWT-branded products for supporters to purchase from our new online shop.

Numbers for these initial goods are extremely limited, so once they're gone, they're gone!

Always proud to see how well @gwtorg looks after our Gurkha veterans. Visited this 91 year old widow in her new house today. 100 of these built by GWT each year and where needed they even have rain water harvesting facilities and smokeless stoves 👏👏@Gurkha_Brigade @UKinNepal

In the end, America chose the boy who stuttered over the bully. Sometimes nice guys finish first. #Inauguration

"To @JoeBiden—the scrappy kid from Scranton who became Delaware's favorite son—you were the first decision I made as a nominee, and it was the best." —@BarackObama

Congratulations to @JoeBiden, who will be sworn in as the 46th President of the United States today at noon.

Imagine if #BlackLivesMatter were the ones who were storming the Capitol building.

Thousands of black people laying siege to the seat of government — in the middle of a joint session of Congress?

Just imagine the reaction.

[The Gurkha Welfare Trust @gwtorg]

As we remember the fallen from over 100 years ago, let us not forget the Gurkhas.

Roughly 19,000 Gurkha soldiers have died during the many wars they've fought at Britain's side.

Many thousands more have been wounded, and more still have returned to a life of hardship in Nepal.

[Van Jones @VanJones68]

Today is a good day.
It’s easier to be a parent this morning.
Character MATTERS.
Being a good person MATTERS.
This is a big deal.

It’s easy to do it the cheap way and get away with stuff — but it comes back around.

Today is a good day.

@Tesco this is shameful.
