I would do it again! What has pushed you to accomplish something at a higher level?

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]

I learned that performing at your highest level requires not just your physical strength, but something more: heart. #FitStudio

I dedicated the last 2.2 mi. of the race to people who supported me in my goals. It was amazing because I had a burst of energy. #FitStudio

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]

When I was at mile 24, I started feeling tired, I decided pre-race that when this happened, I would call it my motivational mile. #FitStudio

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]

What has exercise/walking/training taught you about yourself? #FitStudio

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]

@angprather, I love it! I can totally feel you excitement.

Do you all get into your zone while walking or exercising? Your happy place? What is that for you? #FitStudio

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]

I don't necessarily love the gym, but I love my bike. I love how I feel going fast down a hill and pushing myself on uphills! #FitStudio

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]

Walking then is a gateway to fitness. Another thought I had about exercise is finding something you LOVE to do. #FitStudio

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]

I love learning things like that @amberstarr82. #FitStudio

[Rebecca Goeckeritz @beccagoeckeritz]
