Excellent @Ryanair so new tactic is to offer change of flights for free within 7 days of travel but not allow me to do this then not responsd to queries or complaints for the last 20 days until now when I will not be charged as within 7 days #disgraceful. @SimonCalder pls note

@Ryanair I have been emailing you for weeks and after an initial reply you haven't responded. We are due to fly on 23rd August but wish to change our booking or get a flight voucher to use another time as not viable for us to fly then. Please can you confirm what options we have.

@HMRCcustomers after a p55 overpayment form for current tax year. Have tried emailing and contacting by phone to no avail but the last updated form is for the 20 to 21 tax year.
