@Vivek_Choubey_@AirAsia@AirAsiaSupport It's always more than 1hr and then they still fail to even respond after waiting all that time, I am still trying to get hold of somebody, anybody to sort my refund but no reply anywhere!!! I have sent a DM but still nothing.
@IKEAUKSupport PLEASE REPLY TO MY DM. I have a missing item that was paid for weeks ago, nobody is replying to me to either get the item to me or refund me for it. Why is this taking weeks to sort?! I appreciate there are delays but this is ridiculous. All info is in my DM.
