From this latest video, people keep wondering, "Why would Paul side with Jude instead of standing with his own twin brother?" As usual, many would rather infantilize 30yrs+ Paul and paint him as someone Jude manipulated.

Do you really think all that resentment you see here was just because of the house? This was just the breaking point. There had been a buildup, so even if Jude influenced Paul, he only had to build on resentments that were already there.

People often ignore the financial dynamics in the group. You see, P-Square's endorsement fees were the highest in the industry. Their Glo deal was reportedly worth about ₦240 million, replacing D'banj's ₦70 million deal. Around that same period, Wizkid's Glo deal was reportedly worth about ₦120 million. P-Square had become so expensive that many brands simply couldn't afford all three. As a result, endorsement deals mostly came tailored to Peter alone.

Peter landed deals like Olympic Milk, Dance with Peter, Adidas, and Kia Motors. Yes, his brothers may have "agreed" to those deals, but the effect was obvious. Peter became the public face of the brand and, in the eyes of many, the most commercially successful of the three.

Then there was his house in the US that doubled in value overnight. Everything was going in Peter's favor. Subconsciously, that kind of success breeds resentment.

Paul was not some helpless pawn in Jude's game. If anything, he was exactly where he wanted to be.

Being a dancer is an equal talent as being a singer. Paul can only sing, if we're going on that route. Peter can also sing even though most people believe not as Paul. He can sing to his best abilities, he can dance, he's more handsome (that's a fact) and he was the face of Psquare that fans and women loved.

Regardless.... You are absolutely right. Jude is the problem.
