My kids and i have had no comfortable place to sit for 8 months in our new house as @westelm keeps promising our couch will be shipped soon and they continue to LIE. #crateandbarrel do SOMETHING.
@westelm I am FURIOUS, distraught, annoyed, in disbelief and totally frustrated. I moved into a new house and have been waiting EIGHT months for a couch. My kids and I have been sitting on pillows on the floor. I expected MUCH MORE from west elm.
@westelm My first order placed in November was 303152022693 which dragged out and i was given the runaround until March when i was told to cancel it and place new order that would be “rushed”. - continued

@CrateandBarrel@westelm Been there done that. I have tried to get answers and keep getting the runaround. Now my cc has been charged & no one will return my emails. I have 2 choices- cancel my order & have no couch or keep waiting for someone to actually DO something which also clearly gets me no couch.

@partymomma I live in CT. Please don’t judge... i have been vaccinated and i stayed in a single family house on my trip and didn’t eat out even once. I am a mask wearing, cautious and respectful person.
Most horrific experience with #AmericanAirlines .. will NEVER travel with them again. Between 2 canceled flights, 6 hours delayed onboard, changed seats, no response on phone... my vacation was more stressful than relaxing.
I shed so many tears both ways on this trip. I never travel because money is a big concern for me but i decided to take this trip for my kids... #americanairlines#aa has now assured me i will be staying close to home from now on. #feelingdefeated
I arrived 2 DAYS late to my destination and 3 hours late coming home getting me and my kids to bed at 2:30am. No apology from pilot or staff on flights. Covid is not to blamed #aa#americanairlines should do better.
