Yesterday - “check in now”emails arrive from BOTH airlines, and NEITHER link works for online checkin. “Can’t find flight info,” even with conf code
@lufthansa Just got an email from @lufthansa customer support team saying not to contact you again bc you’re too busy. BUT you also keep emailing saying it’s URGENT I call to confirm my flight! @UnitedAirlines_ says I need to speak to you before I can fly. HELP!!! #customerservicenightmare
@lufthansa I’ve been trying to reach someone in customer support all day. Got an email saying I need to call about an upcoming flight. An hour on hold to then be disconnected without speaking to anyone. PLEASE HELP!!! #CustomerServiceNightmare
PLEASE HELP. I have received 4 emails in the last 24 hours saying to call @lufthansa about an upcoming flight I have w @Lufthansa_USA@UnitedAirlines_ I have called 3x, each time told wait time is 10 minutes, end up waiting for an hour, then get disconnected.
@lufthansa That’s insane - I’m trying to respond to a message from YOUR TEAM. I’ve spent 6+ of my time this month my trip trying to call your company, not to mention international minutes. No wonder your lines are busy. Every one of your customers must be miserable trying to deal with you.
