Today I was walking round the German Christmas markets in Berlin whilst it started to snow 🥹❤️

They are now saying I have to wait til the 18th (originally I was told wait til the 9th then the 15th, then 17th and now 18th) I just want my refund for a big order I never received and have no faith that I will be recovering it any time in the future @boohoo_cshelp @boohoo

@boohoo is an absolute joke. Paid next day delivery for a parcel over a week ago and apparently the courier broke down and each time I message them they change the date I need to wait til for them to look into it. I don’t even need the clothes anymore as it was for my holiday 😡
