@united is refusing any accountability nor helping ppl rebook flights …6am flight got delayed / cancelled, 2 other flights delayed / cancelled…been at EWR since 6am and no extra compensation and told to use (glitchy app) to rebook for Monday. People have weekend obligations!
@united couple weeks ago my flight was delayed 3 times and then eventually cancelled because a crew member didn’t show up…they told us to deplane around 11pm and then ground crew said they would book us a partner hotel. Then they said the partner hotel ran out of rooms… [1/2]
@united [2/2] then they told us to book our own accommodations and transportation to/ from airport. Yet it’s been weeks and customer care still won’t reimburse these out of pocket fees for a United cancelled flight for a no show crew member?? No phone number to call either! Help!
