@Ali_J_Dixon@bt_uk The issue is with Sky, we’ve been having the same problem. So has everyone which uses broadband through a different provider than Sky. Apparently they’re working on it (but no good for christmas films!)
@SkyHelpTeam hi, haven’t been able to download any sky Atlantic/sky cinema programmes or films during the last 4 weeks as it keeps saying ‘download failed’ - what can we do as we’re not able to watch any christmas films!
