(5)There was no human we could talk to at all. We were told his flight had taken off, and it had not. We should trust them because “we take care of the kids”, yet there is no direct line of contact for this service. @AmericanAir

Oh hi, @AmericanAir since you left us on hold for 4 hours and refused to assist us in locating our 11 year old - flying as an unaccompanied minor, could you tell us why we didn’t get a phone call telling us our child’s direct flight was diverted to a different state?
