I'd say most of the middle Management of AHS are NDP supporters and installed when the NDP was in power.

You could likely cut 60%+ of the middle management to save millions. Then, empower the front line workers who were trained and went to school and who should know how to do their jobs without some bureaucrat telling them how to do it. Services would get better.
